Vintage 1980s Pussy Bow Striped Secretary Blouse from Koret. Button up with tie on either side of the neck that can be tied into a Pussy Bow or however you like. Single button cuffs. Made in the USA by the ILGWU. In excellent vintage condition, with no flaws that I could find.
